Frequently Asked Questions

We currently only ship within the UK and have a variety of shipping options to choose from at checkout:

• Free local pick up from Poole, Dorset (please wait for notification that your order is ready beforehand).
• Standard Parcel Delivery £3.10 or free standard delivery for orders over £50 (3-5 working days).
• Royal Mail tracked 48 £3.69

Please contact us if you have a problem with your order or delivery.

Faulty items or damaged packages will require a photograph so that we can do our best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Packages are not considered missing until  10 days after dispatch.  Please do let us know if you have not received your parcel by then and we will investigate with Royal Mail/Courier for you.  Refunds may not be offered until 6 weeks have passed from dispatch.

Yes you may return items within 14 days for a full refund* or exchange as long as they are in their original packaging and undamaged in any way.  

Please email us first & include your details or original invoice in the package, we will need your mobile number and full address.  Customers are liable for the return postage.

*PLEASE NOTE: The original postage paid at ordering is non-refundable.
